  1. BulletHow does pricing work?
    Most prices quoted are for a one day event. If your needs are longer term, please call for prices. All charges are for the time out whether the rentals are used or not.


  1. BulletHow and when do I pay?
    Payment is due before rentals are released. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, company checks or personal checks with a valid drivers license number.


  1. BulletCan I change or cancel items?
    All final changes and deletions must be made three business days prior to delivery or pickup. A cutoff date will be on all orders. The purpose of this policy is to reduce the likelihood of errors which can result from last minute changes. During our peak rental seasons many items are subject to cancellation and reduction charges.


  1. BulletWhat is my responsibility for merchandise return?
    Responsibility for rented equipment remains with the renter from the time of receipt to the time of return. Tables and chairs should be knocked down, stacked and ready for pickup. Additional charges will apply if the rentals are not left for pickup in a neat stack and the tables and chairs are not disassembled. All china, silver and glassware should be free of food and repacked in the same containers they were received in.


  1. BulletIs delivery available?
    We do offer a delivery and pickup service for all rental equipment but additional charges do apply. The specific charge will depend on the area of delivery.


  1. BulletWhat can I expect when the truck arrives?
    All standard delivery and pickup charges are based on TAILGATE or GROUNDFLOOR delivery and pickup. If a delivery needs to be made to a specific area or floor, additional charges will apply. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient location. To ensure that you receive your equipment sterilized, undamaged and ready for use, we provide special containers for packaging our china, silver and glassware.

    Setup and take-down is available for an additional charge but these arrangements must be made prior to delivery and pickup.


  1. BulletWhat time will my delivery be made?
    All deliveries are made between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on weekdays and between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Saturdays. During peak season, (May 1 - October 1) delivery hours may be extended due to a high volume of deliveries. If specific delivery times are necessary additional charges will apply. Customers are welcome to call us on the day of delivery to inquire about drop-off times. At that juncture we will be able to offer an approximate delivery time.


  1. BulletWhen should I reserve?
    Reservations should be placed as early as possible. All rentals are reserved on a first come first serve basis. During our peak rental seasons we reserve the right to ask for a deposit to confirm a reservation.
